The portfolio includes a variety of property types including retail, residential, industrial, office, land and mixed-use as well as investments in real estate funds, mortgage debt, new businesses and securities. We are hands-on and participate in all aspects of the property development cycle including site acquisition, financing, entitlements, design, construction, marketing, leasing and disposition.
